Missionary Dies After long lllness

Halstead, Kan. — Funeral services for Mrs. Paul W. Becker, 57, former missionary to Mexico and Haiti under the Church of God in Christ, Mennonite, were held at Grace Mennonite Church near here Saturday forenoon. Officiating ministers were Carl Dirks, Kenneth Smith and Arnold Wiggers.

Mrs. Becker, the former Anna Koehn, died at the Halstead Hospital on Aug. 25 after an extended illness. A resident of the Halstead and Burrton communities most of her life, she had served on the mission fields since 1953.

Surviving in addition to the widower, Rev. Becker, are sons Allen and Dean of Halstead and Melvin of Sedgwick; four daughters, Mrs. Irene Giesbrecht of Tribune, Mrs. Norma Klassen of Steinbach, Man., Miss Rosalee and Mrs. Stella Becker, both of Halstead; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Simon Koehn of Halstead; six brothers and four sisters.
