Tampa – Lucille Base, 79, died March 4, 2015, at Salem Home in Hillsboro. She was born March 28, 1935, to Daniel and Esther (Frantz) Thiesen at Goessel. She married Palmer Base March 25, 1956 at Tabor Mennonite Church, rural Goessel. She was predeceased by a son, Merrill Base in 1994; and brothers Kenneth, Alvin, and Delbert. Funeral service was Monday, March 9, 2015, at Temple Church of Gypsum, officiated by Pastor Dennis Mullins and Josh Smith. Interment at Peace Valley Cemetery, rural Tampa.
