• Mrs. Elisabeth Bartel, a resident at Buhler throughout her 87 years, died June 20 at Grace Hospital in Hutchinson. The funeral was conducted Thursday afternoon at the Buhler M. B. Church by Rev. A. L. Friesen. Mrs. Bartel was the widow of Jacob M. Bartel, who died in 1942.
