Tim Bartel, 26, husband of Frances Brown of Salmon Arm, B. C., was killed outright on Feb. 13 when his car collided with another vehicle. Frances, who was with her husband at the time of the accident, is now recuperating in the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Andy Braun, at Clearbrook, B. C. She has two small children.
