She was a Missionary. She married Jonathan Bartel in Marion County September of 1948. Survivors include: sons, Daniel Bartel of Minneapolis, MN, Stanley Bartel of Salida, Colorado; daughter, Gloria Combs of Mesquite, Texas; brothers, Ernest Wiens of Hillsboro, Emerson Wiens of North Newton; sister, Doris Guhr of Hillsboro; 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
