—Word has been received here that Mrs. Justina Banze, who for 62 years was a resident of Halstead, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. O. P. Quiring in McPherson Sunday evening, Feb. 11. Mrs. Banze was 80 year sold. Besides Mrs. Quiring, she is survived also by another daughter, Mrs. Carl F. Haury at Halstead. Funeral services were held Wednesday at the First Mennonite church in Halstead, conducted by Rev. D. C. Wedel.
