GEORGE BAHNMAN

George Bahnman of Loreburn, Saskatchewan, passed away on December 7, at the age of 60. He was born in southern Russia in 1910 and emigrated to Canada in 1926. At the age of 10 he acceptd Christ as his Saviour. After coming to Canada he was baptised into the Gilroy (Sask.) Mennonite Brethren Church. In 1941 he was married to Susie Dahl and their union was blessed with three sons and a daughter. They farmed near Central Butte and Loreburn since 1941. His smile and radiant testimony of a living relationship with the Lord were a comfort to many. He was predeceased by his oldest son John, and leaves to mourn his loving wife Susie; sons: Alvin and Reuben; daughter: Ruth; daughter-in-law Marilyn, and one grandchild; two sisters, and four brothers.
