MRS. LILLY E. BAER

Mrs. Lilly E. Gerber Baer passed away at the age of 48 years, two months and 18 days. She was born Aug. 8, 1901, at Pratum, Ore. She was baptized in 1919 and joined Emmanuel Mennonite church, remaining a faithful member until the end.

She was married in Salem, Ore. to Henry Baer, who survives her. Also surviving are two sons, Lawrence and James Baer, both of Salem; a sister, Mrs. Alton Zucher of Salem; two brothers, Alvin Gerber of Salem and Lou Gerber of Los Angeles; and two aunts of Salem.

Funeral services were held at the W. T. Rigdon chapel on Nov. 21 at 1:30 o’clock. Rev. Woyke read the obituary and led in prayer, and Rev. W. A. Regier spoke on Matthew 23 and John 4. She was laid to rest to the Pratum cemetery.
