Mr. Amstutz died at his farm home Feb. 15 after an illness of only three weeks. He and his wife, Fannie, had observed their 55th wedding anniversary on Feb. 6. He was a son of pioneer settlers who came to this area from Switzerland.

Surviving in addition to Mrs. Amstutz are two sons, five daughters, 27 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Ohio Farmer Dies After Short Illness

Kidron, Ohio. — Funeral services for Amos B. Amstutz, 74, farmer here and a lifelong resident of the Kidron community, were held Feb. 18 at the Kidron Mennonite Church.

Mr. Amstutz died at his farm home Feb. 15 after an illness of only three weeks. He and his wife, Fannie, had observed their 55th wedding anniversary on Feb. 6. He was a son of pioneer settlers who came to this area from Switzerland.

Surviving in addition to Mrs. Amstutz are two sons, five daughters, 27 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
