Reuben Rufus Amstutz died on the 20th day of March, 1934. For the past eighteen years he had been making his home in Pittsburg, Penna. His tragic death came as a result of burning, his clothes having caught fire from a gas heater. The deceased was the son of the late Abraham and Elizabeth Amstutz. He was baptized into the Salem Mennonite Church at Dalton, Ohio. He came to the age of 53 years, 1 month, and 19 days. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, and one brother. He is survived by five brothers and sisters, also by a large number of other relatives and friends. He was laid to rest in the Salem Mennonite Church, services being in charge of Rev. A. R. Keiser, assisted by Rev. Per Mar of Orrville, Ohio.
