John E. Amstutz, longtime Mennonite pastor, died Nov. 18 in Brooksville, Fla., at the age of 100. Born April 1, 1881, he was a 1909 graduate of Bluffton (Ohio) College and a member of the faculty at Bethel College, North Newton, Kan., in 1914-15 and 1919-20. From 1911 to 1921 he was pastor of First Church, Halstead, Kan., and from 1921 to 1959 he pastured the Apostolic Mennonite Church in Trenton, Ohio.
