— Mrs. P. D. Amstutz, well known resident of Pandora, Ohio, passed away recently at her home there after an illness of about three weeks. Funeral services were held at the grace Mennonite church in Pandora.

Mrs. Helena Amstutz, daughter of Peter P. and Elizabeth (Lugibihl) Steiner, was born on a farm near Pandora, Ohio, and died at her late home in Pandora, Ohio, March 25, 1937, having attained the age of 68 years, 10 months, and 24 days. On October 15, 1891, she was united in holy matrimony with Peter D. Amstutz who preceded her in death eleven years ago. Three children were born to this union, all of whom survive. They are Richard M., Mrs. Elmer Burry, and Hilda Winifred. In eary girlhood she was baptized on confession of faith by Rev. John Moser and united with the Swiss Mennonite Church near Pandora, Ohio. Later when the Grace Mennonite Church was organized, she tranferred her membership to this church of which she was a faithful member to the time of her death. Funeral services were conducted at the Grace Church on March 27, 1937, by her pastor, Rev. Paul E. Whitmer, assisted by Rev. Walter Schutz, and Rev. D. J. Unruh.
