AGED FARMER FOUND DEAD AT HIS HOME
Pandora, Ohio — Adam Amstutz, aged farmer who lived alone, was recently found dead at his home by his children, Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Hilty.
Not seeing him around, the Hiltys began searching for him on Monday, Nov. 26. The lifeless body was found late in the afternoon. A physician, who was summoned, stated death was caused by a stroke.
Mr. Amstutz was 79 years old. He is survived by five children.
Funeral services were held at the Grace Mennonite church on Thursday, November 29, with Rev. Forrest Musser in charge.

ADAM AMSTUTZ, seventy-nine, Pandora, Ohio, was found dead November 26 at his home, having died of a stroke. He was the last surviving member of his family. He is survived by five daughters: Mrs. Harvey Hilty, Pandora; Mrs. Monroe Burkholder, Columbus Grove; Mrs. Lloyd Badertscher, Smithville; Mrs. Sarah Lindsay, Toledo, Ohio; and Mrs. Lena Woolam, Alexandria, Kentucky. He was a charter member of Grace Church.
