Kelefa [sic Kelifa] Ali, 41, executive secretary of the Meserete Kristos Church in Ethiopia, died April 16 in Harrisonburg, Va. He was a student at Eastern Mennonite Seminary. He came to Lancaster, Pa., in 1989 to seek treatment for cancer. He is survived by his wife Yakuta Abdo and four daughters. The Meserete Kristos Church grew out of the work of Eastern Mennonite Board of Missions, Salunga, Pa. (See page 250)
