ANNE ESTHER WIEBE

Anne Esther Wiebe died Mar. 3. She was born Dec. 23, 1937 in Winkler Man. to Isaac and Nellie Wiebe. The family moved to Chilliwack, B.C. in 1945. She accepted the Lord and was baptized. She attended East Chilliwack Bible School. She moved to the Okanagan Valley, B.C. She married John Wiebe Nov. 9, 1963. They lived in Kelowna, B.C. where they farmed. Despite ill health, she had a positive outlook on life. They enjoyed family camping trips, gathering with extended family and cross-country skiing. She was hospitable and hosted youth groups, Bible studies and holiday celebrations in her home. She taught Sunday school, served on the food committee and was a greeter at church. Her family was precious to her. Anne is mourned by John; children Heather and Robert; 2 grandchildren; 2 sisters; 1 brother. The funeral was Mar. 9 in Willow Park Church, Kelowna.
