— Relatives here received word last week of th [sic] death of Mrs. Walter Unrau of Portland, Oregon. Mr. and Mrs. Unrau lived in Newton before moving to Portland several years ago. Mr. Unrau was manager of the Crossroads Cooperative here and his wife, a registered nurse, was employed at the Bethel hospital. Mrs. P. V. Unrau of Goessel went to Portland to attend the funeral, which was held last Sunday.
