Injuries Suffered in Fall Prove Fatal

Dover, Ohio. — Head injuries suffered in a fall down the cellar stairs at her home nine days earlier proved fatal Sept. 22 to Mrs. Dale Short, 21, of this place.

Mrs. Short was secretary of the Tuscarawas County Society for the Blind and a graduate of the Ohio State School for the Blind. The former Joanna Miller, daughter of Rev. and Mrs. Mose M. Miller of Millersburg, she was married to Dale Short one year ago. Surviving in addition to her husband and parents are three brothers and a sister.

She was a member of the Pleasant View Conservative Mennonite Church, where the funeral was conducted by Freeman Hostetler and Ronald Woyde.
