100-Year-Old Woman And Great-Granddaughter Die

Springs, Pa. — Funeral services were conducted on successive days at the Mountain View Amish Mennonite Church, Salisbury, for Mrs. Eva Lena Schrock, 27, and her 100-year-old great-grandmother, Mrs. Dora Yoder.

Mrs. Schrock, wife of Simon N. Schrock, became ill during church services on Sunday, April 22. Within a short time she became unconscious and remained that way until her death in a Pittsburgh hospital on April 27. Her husband was employed at a Baltimore, Md. hospital. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry L. Yoder.

Mrs. Dora Yoder, who observed her 100th birthday last September, died April 28 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Milton E. Yoder. She had been in failing health for several years.
