HENDERSON, NEB. PIONEER DIES

Henderson, Neb. — Mrs. Marie Janzen, widow of Cornelius J. Janzen and a pioneer settler in the Mennonite settlement here, died Sunday, Feb. 18, at a York rest home.

Born in Southern Russia, she came to York County, Neb. with her parents at the age of five. She observed her 89th birthday on Jan. 31 of this year.

Funeral services were held at the Bethesda Mennonite Church here, of which she was a member.
