Funeral services for C. F. Niswander, 75, Bluffton (O.) farm implement dealer and community leader, were held Sunday, Oct. 29, in the Diller Funeral Home at Bluffton, Rev. Jacob T. Friesen officiating. Mr. Niswander, who died Oct. 26, had served as director of the Citizen's National Bank and on the Bluffton Community Hospital board.
