— Funeral services were conducted Monday forenoon at the Hesston Mennonite Church for Mrs. Thad Beck, 70, who died Oct. 27 at the Bethel Hospital here. Rev. Peter B. Wiebe, the pastor, officiated. Mrs. Beck was born near Newton and lived in this vicinity most of her life. Since 1948 she and her husband had lived in Hesston. He survives with their three daughters, one son and 16 grandchildren.
