From Find A Grave:

Anna T. Becker Rexroad died peacefully early on the morning of October 5, 2014. She had been a resident of Maplewood Apartments in Lenoir Woods for five years. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 8 at Missouri United Methodist Church with interment in the Memorial Prayer Garden afterwards. Visitation will be at 1:00 p.m. in the Church Parlors. Anne was born on June 18, 1920 in Mountain Lake, MN, the youngest of nine children of John and Anna Becker. She attended Bethel College, a Mennonite school in Newton KS and then began work as an IBM keypuncher for Midland Co-op in Minneapolis. After moving to Columbus OH, she met Paul Rexroad, whom she married on September 20, 1953. They moved to Columbia in 1962, where they quickly became active at Missouri United Methodist Church. She was hired as their first financial secretary in 1964 and later worked as the bookkeeper for Allen’s Flowers and the Office of Creative Ministries. Over the years, Anne was a volunteer for the Girl Scouts, the Festival of Sharing, P.E.O. and served as an election judge. She still served as the worship flower coordinator for Missouri UMC, a position she held for over thirty years. She also enjoyed playing bridge, keeping up with family via email, and doing crossword puzzles. She is survived by daughters Rev. Carol (Robert) Cannon of Bamberg SC and Sharon Rexroad of Columbia; granddaughters Sarah Cannon of Chicago and Elizabeth “Betsy” Cannon of Brooklyn; sisters-in-law Eloise Burkhart, Ruth Strickler, and Janice Kindelberger; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Paul, her parents, and six brothers and two sisters. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be given to Missouri United Methodist Church, 204 S. Ninth St., Columbia MO 65201.
