— A heart attack suffered Friday, April 21, while at work on his farm northeast of Burrton proved fatal to David F. Dick, 45. His wife became alarmed when he failed to return home, and searchers found his body in a machine shed about a mile from the house. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the Burrton Mennonite Church, with Rev. G. G. Yoder in charge, assisted by Rev. Roy Henry. Mr. Dick's brother Fred, well-known Halstead contractor, died Feb. 28 following heart surgery. Surviving are his widow, the former Evelyn Regier, and three sons, Dennis, Roger and Ronald of the home; his mother, Mrs. Frank Dick of Burrton; four sisters and two brothers.
