Some 56 years ago, Abraham Toews of Henderson, Neb., father of five daughters and five sons, came to Kremlin, Okla., and acquired a half section of very good land near here. He sent his oldest son, Abraham A. Toews, as the vanguard until the whole family could he moved to Oklahoma in 1905. Young A. A. Toews married Aganetha Benke of Enid on Oct. 9, 1910. They planned to commemorate their golden anniversary lost Sunday, Oct. 9, but on Oct. 4 he suddenly died in a Clinton hospital of a heart ailment. Funeral services were held inn the Enid M. B. church Saturday afternoon, Oct. 8.
