Former Bluffton, O. Resident Killed

Bluffton, Ohio. — Word was received here of the accidental death of Samuel G. Buhler, 28, a native of this community who was fatally injured in a traffic accident in San Gabriel, Calif. on Nov. 19.

The young man, employed by a transportation firm, was on an errand with a motorcycle when he collided with a pick-up truck. He died three hours later.

Funeral services were held at the West Hollywood Baptist church, of which he was an active member.

Surviving are his wife, the former Inter Risser; two children, 7 and 4 years of age; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Gerhard Buhler, and sister Ruth, all of Freeman, S. D.; and two other sisters, Mrs. Peter Fast of Fresno, Calif. and Mrs. Leland Voth of Taegu, Korea. The father was principal of Bluffton high school for a number of years and is now principal of the Freeman College academy.
