WELL-KNOWN MANITOBA MINISTER CALLED BY DEATH AT AGE 83

Steinbach, Man. — Rev. Henry R. Reimer, 83, formerly of Lorette and a minister of the Evangelical Mennonite (Kleingemeinde) [sic Kleinegemeinde] church for more than 40 years, died at the Steinbach Invalid Home on Oct. 11 at the age of 83. In addition to his ministerial work, he was active in promoting support of relief work through the MCC.

Funeral services were held Oct. 15 at the Prairie Rose Evangelical Mennonite church, Rev. D. P. Reimer officiating.
