FIVE-YEAR-OLD BOY FATALLY INJURED IN FALL FROM HAY BALER

Meyersdale, Pa. — Funeral services were held Oct. 3 at the Maple Glen Mennonite Church for five-year-old Joseph A. Tice, oldest son of Raymond and Ruth Tice who died in a farm accident.

The little boy was riding on the hay baler en route to the field when, unknown to his father, he apparently tumbled to the ground. He was found a short time later and rushed to Meyersdale Community Hospital where he died without regaining consciousness.
