WELL-KNOWN BUSINESS MAN AT ARCHBOLD, O. CALLED BY DEATH

Archbold, Ohio. — Eli Lugbill, 63, one of the founders of Lugbill Bros., Inc. here, died at Detwiler Memorial Hospital in Wauseon on March 3 after a brief illness. Funeral services were arranged for March 7 at the Zion Mennonite Church, with P. L. Frey, H. E. Bertsche and Jesse Short officiating.

Mr. Lugbill and his brothers Peter and Sylvanus were partners in establishing a livestock brokerage business here in 1925.Later they added livestock auctions which became known far and wide, and also built a packing plant. Mr. Lugbill was vice-president of the firm at the time of his death.
