BROTHERS PINNED UNDER TRACTOR, ONE FATALLY INJURED

Plain City, Ohio. — An accident at the Menno Mullet farm the evening of Aug. 27 claimed the life of the Mullett's [sic Mullet's] 13 year old son Elvin, who was instantly killed when a tractor overturned and pinned him underneath. His brother Jacob, riding with him, was also caught under the machine but suffered only minor hurts.

The boys were driving the tractor toward the lane when it struck a bump and went out of control. A rear wheel ran up on some tile and upset them. The parents were not at home at the time of the accident. Funeral services were conducted Aug. 30 at the Conservative A. M. church near here.
