— Funeral services were held last Thursday at the Newton First Southern Baptist church for Frank W. Penner, 82, a retired railroad employee. Mr. Penner died Tuesday, July 30,at the Halstead hospital. Surviving are a number of relatives at Hillsboro and in Oklahoma.
