— Word was received here that Peter H. Janzen, 58, died May 24 at the Henderson, Neb. hospital. Among Newton relatives are Mr. and Mrs. C. C. Dyck and Mr. and Mrs. August Epp. His wife is the former Hulda Peters of Newton. Funeral services were held Monday at the Bethesda church in Henderson.

Death Claims Two Henderson Natives

Henderson, Neb. — Two natives of the Henderson community and long-time residents here were called away in death on succeeding days.

Peter H. Janzen, 59, a motor car dealer here for 30 years, died May 24 after six years of invalidism due to a stroke. Funeral services were held at the Bethesda Mennonite Church. Rev. John Gaeddert and Rev. Arthur Isaak in charge.

Frank J. Martens, 66, died May 25, having suffered a stroke 12 days earlier. He was self-employed as a business man for a number of years and more recently had been sexton of the M. B. cemetery. Rev. H. E. Wiens officiated at the funeral, held at the M. B. church.
