ISAAC DYCK

Isaac Dyck was born on June 22, 1937 in northern Saskatchewan, the youngest in family of nine. In 1951 an accident occurred in which Isaac fell from a load of sheaves. As a result of his injuries he sustained permanent injury to his motor reflexes and was subject to seizures.

In the early 1960's Isaac made a define profession of faith in Jesus Christ as Saviour and was bapiized in the Peden Hill (Prince George, B.C.) Mennonite Brethren Church where he was a member at the time of his death.

On December 26, 1973 he fell into the path of a car near Prince George and died in hospital a short time later.

Funeral services were held on December 21 with Pastor Neil Funk in charge. A male quartet sang several selections chosen by Isaac before his death. He is survived by his mother, four brothers and four sisters.
