PETER DAVID KOEHN

Peter Koehn was born October 10, 1917 i Alexanderfeld, Russia to David and Helen Koehn. He was converted at the age of 24 and was baptized and joined the church on year later. He married Margareta Enns bu lost his wife and family in an earthquake in Russia. In 1948 he came to Canada. He wa married to Anne Born in 1950 in Vancouver They moved to Yarrow, B.C. in 1954. H enjoyed life, good health and provided for hi family, commuting from Yarrow to Van couver for 17 years. In December 1972 i health struck him and though he spent hi last two and a half months at home with hi family, he passed away on November 3 1973. The Lord was a source of comfort an strength to him. His cheerful disposition an great faith in God has been a blessing to th family and all who visited him. He leaves to mourn his wife Anne; si daughters: Lora (Mrs. Ron) Krahn, Abbots ford , Marlene, Julia, Anne, Grace an Karen; one grandchild and one brothe David. Predeceased are three brothers an three sisters. The funeral was held November 6 in th Yarrow Church. Rev . John F. Klassen and Rev. P .D. Loewen officiated.
