— Tobe A. Smith, 86, native of Polish Russia and a resident of Butler county since 1945, died Sunday while being taken from his home near Burns to a hospital. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Eden Church near Burns, with Rev. Norman Eicher in charge, after which the body was taken to Chickasha, Okla. for final services and burial on Friday, Mr. Smith is survived by his second wife, Mrs. Mary (Redger) Smith, 12 children and 62 grandchildren. A brother, Henry A. Smith, died March 2.
