— Mrs. Herman Frey received word from her son-in-law, Rev. Estil Phelps, that his father, Roy Phelps of Evansville, Ind. passed away Sunday at Ottumwa, Iowa where he had gone to attend Rev. Phelps' graduation. Funeral services were to be held Wednesday at Evansville.
