— Funeral services were conducted at the Bethel College church Sunday afternoon for Mrs. Mary Krehbiel, 79, who died Nov. 22 at the Bethel Deaconess Hospital after a long illness. Rev. Harold W. Buller, the pastor, and Dr. J. H. Langenwalter officiated. Mrs. Krehbiel, widow of the late Rev. C. E. Krehbiel, who died June 9, 1948, was born at Eureka, Ill. and had lived in North Newton for about 60 years. The family home was at 2727 North Main Street. She is survived by a son, Rev. Olin A. Krehbiel of Berne, Ind.; a daughter, Mrs. Harry (Florence) Huffman of Bellaire, Texas; two grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Wirkler of Los Angeles, Calif.; and one bother [sic], John E. Wirkler of Oberlin, Ohio. She was a charter member of the Bethel college church.
