text of obituary:

JANICE MARGARET PETKER

Janice Petker arrived on September 20, 1971 as a belated little bundle of joy. The imperfection of the human body became apparent when she required surgery the third day after birth. God graciously spared her life and Janice stole herself into the hearts of those who loved and cared for her.

On September 10, 1972 she was admitted to the hospital for what was thought to be a brief stay for corrective surgery. However, God in His foresight saw fit to take her home. After a year and eight days of life here on earth she was transplanted as a rosebud into the heavenly garden on September 28, 1972.

She leaves to mourn, her parents, Corny and Mary Petker, one sister and four brothers, as well as a host of relatives and friends.
