FIVE-YEAR-OLD BOY RUNS INTO PASSING AUTO, FATALLY HURT

Kidron, Ohio. — Funeral services were conducted at the Kidron Mennonite Church on April 12 for Timothy Amstutz, five-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Victor Amstutz who was fatally injured in a highway accident April 9.

The boy, attempting to cross U. S. Highway 250 near his home east of Apple Creek, apparently waited for a large truck to pass and then darted into the side of a car which was following the truck. He died a short time later at Wooster hospital.

Surviving in addition to the parents are two brothers and two sisters, the grandparents, Amos D. Amstutz and Rev. and Mrs. Louis Amstutz, and a great-grandmother, Mrs. Sara Lehman.
