AGED MINISTER OF MARYLAND CONGREGATION CALLED AWAY IN DEATH

Hagerstown, Md. — Pre. Daniel M. Strite, minister of the Miller Mennonite Church near here for 54 years, died Jan. 27 at the age of 82. He had been in ill health for some time.

Funeral services were held Jan. 31 at the Miller Church, in charge of Bishop Moses Horst, Samuel Martin, Irvin Shank and Stanley Martin.

Surviving are his wife, two sons and four daughters, 26 grandchildren and 41 great-grandchildren. A son, Menno Strite, was unable to attend his father's funeral due to illness.
