WILHELM H. REIMER

Wilhe'lm H. Reimer of Yarrow, t:I:C., went to be wi,th the Lord on January 6, 1972. He was the son of HelinrichW. and Elizabeth Re'gehr Re'imer and was born on !May 26, 1894 in Ste'inbaoh, in the Ukra,ine. He spent his childho'Od 1'here, and his y'Outh in Pordenau and fina+ly Rueckenau. Throughout WorldWm 1 he served in ,the medical corps. -In 1921 'he married Lena Wiebe o'f Hueckenau. Two chi·ldren were horn ,to them, L'ena ,in Rueckenau and Heinnich ,in Canada. They moved from Russia in 1924, livling first in Ontario andlat'er ,in Manitoba. They moved on to a farm near Steinbach and in 1933 they were baptized upon their confess'ion of faith and rece'ived linto the Steinbach Mennonite Brethren Ohurch.ln 1943 they moved t·o Yarrow and assodated themselves with the Mennonite Brethren church there.

He is survived by his wife, Lena; and husband Hermann Loewen o'f Ohiiniwack; s'on Heinrich and family o·f Surrey, B.C.; nine grandchildren andfomgreat gr,andchildren; as weH as 'a large circlle of other friends and relatives, The funera'l was conducted ·a't ,the Yarrow Church 'On January 11 with Rev. JO'hn K,lassen and Rev. H. Thielmann ministering.
