— John Dyck, 75, well-known Butler County retired farmer, died at the home near Whitewater on Monday. Funeral services were to be held Thursday afternoon at the Emmaus Mennonite Church, Rev. L. R. Amstutz officiating. Mr. Dyck was born near Whitwater [sic Whitewater] on Jan. 15, 1880. He leaves one daughter, Helen Ruth Wiens of Route 5, Newton; for [sic] sons, Albert J. and Elmer P. of Route 3, Newton, John W. and Ralph C. of Newton;15 grandchildren; one sister and four brothers.
