KENNETH DAVID SUDERMAN

Kenneth David Suderman was born to John and Susan Suderman of Prince George, B.C. on January 28, 1968. His short life ended on Saturday, November 6, 1971. Kenneth Ilived a full life inspite 01 his il'lness and suffering . He took a keen interest in activi, ties at home 'and wherever 'he went. He loved to play his re-cords and during the past year 'Often I'istened to the song, "Heaven is a wonderful place, full ofg-Iory and grace; I want to ,see my Saviour's face, Heaven 'is a won, derful place. I want to go there ...." He kept a tune so well and sang this s'Ong with tender voi,ce and heartfelt feeling. Sunday school was a very enjoyable part of h·is life and when he was too ill to g'o he cried bitterly that he could not go with the rest of the family. Kenneth spent quite a normal childhood. On Mother's Day, 1969, he was dedicated at the chi'ldren's dedication service in the Peden H'iH Church. Two weeks later he was hospitalized and tests revealed for the first time -tha-t he had leukemia. He was 16 months old at the ,time. Since then he had a number of m'Onths during which he was quite well and thoroughly enjoyed family life. Though he suffered a number o,f relapses, he never gave up want.ing to leam and see new things. A high'light for him had be'en a vacation to Jasper and ,this was the t'Opic ·of conversation with him even on the last night of his li-fe. His spiri<t remained strong and radiant even though his condit, ion deteriorated toward the end and he won his way into the hearts of many through his uncompllaining, sweet personality. His familly is comforted ,to know that he is in Heaven and safe in Jesus' arms, where there is no more death, nor so'rrow, nor pain. Kenneth lived to be three years and nine months. He is survived by his pa,rents, John and Susan Suderman; one s,ister, Gail; two brothers, Brian and Mi·chael; his ,grandparents; and many loving rela'tives and friends.
