TINA HEINRICHS

Mrs. Tina Heinr-ichs was born on March 28, 1895 in Wink,I'er, Manitoba, to Julius <l'nd Mary Dorn . She accepted <the Lord as her personal Savio'ur at an eady age, was baptized, and became a member 'O'f the Mennonite Brethren church . On August 3, 1919, she was married to David Heinrichs a-t ,Laird, Sask. The,y lived with her parent s on a fa rm near Hepburn, Sask ., for about five years. Eventually finding it difficult to make a living there, they moved to Fairholme, Soask. A church was soon organized at Fa'irholm e, and they experienced wonderful Christian fellowship under the leadership o:f Rev. J, Kliewer. Later they moved to B.C. wh ere they joined the Strawberry Hill Church, now known as Kennedy He'ights Church. Mrs. Heinri'chs was a devoted, praY'ing Christian who loved the Word of God and e,spedally enjoyed singing Christian hymns. She also loved to go t'o church. She suffered much in the latter part of her life. After spending 41 days in 1:Ihe Surrey Memorial Hospital, she p'assed quietly int-o the presence of her Lord on May 26 a't the age of 76 years. David and Tina had the p rivi'lege ~ s'haring joys and sorrows for 'almost 52 years. The three children the Lord gave them all died ,in infancy. Her parents, brot hers and sisters all predeceased her. She 'leaves to mourn her' husband, nieces, nepihews and many Christian friends.
