Pinned Between Tractor and Trailer

NEBRASKA FARMER, 52, INSTANTLY KILLED WHILE HELPING FILL SILO

Henderson, Neb. — William P. Siebert, 52, well known farmer here, was instantly killed Aug. 24 while helping fill silo at the farm of his brother. He started a tractor by cranking it, but the machine was in gear and began moving backward. Attempting to stop it, he was crushed between the rear tractor wheel and the box on an attached farm trailer.

Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon, Aug. 28, at the Bethesda Mennonite church here, Rev. Arnold iNckel [sic Nickel] officiating.

Surviving are his wife and six daughters, three brothers and two sisters.
