YOUNG CONSTRUCTION WORKER KILLED IN FALL FROM BUILDING

Moundridge, Kan. — Funeral services for Waldo Unruh, 20-year-old Moundridge youth killed in a fall while working on a building at Dent Spur, Kan., were held July 22 at the Danielson and Ball funeral chapel in McPherson. Burial was made in the Emmanuel Mennonite church cemetery. Rev. Garman Wedel officiated.

The young man, a graduate of the local schools, was working on a new school building at Dent Spur, near Great Bend, when he fell about 12 feet onto a cement floor.

He was the only child of Mr. and Mrs. Lincoln Unruh, who survive.
