— Funeral services were held at the Brudertal church near Hillsboro on Monday forenoon for Mrs. Herbert Funk, 40, who died July 7 at the Bethesda hospital in Goessel after more than a year of illness and suffering. Rev. A. E. Funk officiated at the funeral. She is survived by her husband and three daughters, Mary Beth, Myrna Jean and Rosanne Elaine; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. P. Goertz of Durham; and one sister, Mrs. Paul Albrecht of Chicago.
