JOHN H. WILLEMS

John H. Willems, formerly of 341 Scott St., St. Catharines, passed away on October 22 while visiting in British Columbia. The funeral was held in the Scott St. MB Church. St. Catharines. on October 29. Mr. Wil'lems was born in Windom , Minnesota. in 1899 and cam e to Saskat - chewan shortly thereafter. He accepted Christ as his Saviour in 1914 and was baptized upon his faith and rec eived into the Mennonite Brethren whi le a youth . He was married to ·Gertrude Dick in 1920. They moved to Ontario in 1939. Mourning his d eparture are his wife, Gertr'ude; a daughter, Mrs. Alvin ('Helen) Epp, Jordan. Ont.; and ·five sisters, Mrs. P. Balzer, California. Mrs. P. Andres, Miss Sarah Willems, Mrs. D. Thiessen. and Mrs. A . Dueck. all of Sas
