ARON A. KLASSEN

into the presence of his Lord on November 1. after a prolonged illness . He was born on August 2. 1904, to Aron and Katherina Klassen in the Ukraine. At the age of 16 'he accepted Christ as his persona,1 Saviour and in 1921 he was tized by immerSion and accept ed into the fellowship of the M ennonite Brethren Church . He immigrated to Canada in 1924 and three years later w as united in ma rri age to Katherina Dyck at Watrous. Sask. For over 43 years they were able to s hare life together. He was predeceased by his oldest daughter, Agatha. in 1941 . Funeral services :for Mr. Klassen were held in the Kil'larney Park Church, Vancouver, on November 4. He is survived by his wife, Kath erina; sons, John and ·Cornei'ius. and daughters , Mrs. Jack (Elisabeth) Delair, Mrs. Lloyd (Carolina) Klassen. Mrs. John (Susa nna) Martens. Mrs. Frank ('Eva) Ewert and Mrs. Abe (Anna) Born. and th eirfamilies; one brother, two sisters and 22 grandchildren.
