FRED P. REIMER

Fred P. Reimer, 76, of Cleo Springs, Oklahoma, passed away September 19 as a result of a prolonged heart ailment. He was born on November 15, 1893, to Nick and Gottllieb Reimer of Jansen, Nebraska, the fourth of ten children. He was won to Christ in 1910 and in the same year he followed the Lord in baptism and was accepted into the Krimmer Mennonite Brethren Church of Minneola, Kansas. In 1927 he was united in marriage to Maria Cornelson, with whom he shared nearly 30 years, She passed away in 1956, During those years they lived first in Meade, Kansas, then Fairview, Oklahoma and finally Carmen, Oklahoma, He married a second time to Susie Brucks of Clearbrook, B.C., the wedding taking place on December 14, 1968 in Clearbrook. They were able to share a year and nine months together before his passing.

Mr. Reimer is survived by his wife, Susie Brucks Reimer; one brother, five sisters.
