— Elmer R. Schowalter, 57, an employee of the Kansas Gas and Electric Co. in Wichita, died unexpectedly of heart attack there Tuesday morning. Mr. Schowalter was a member of the West Zion Mennonite church in Moundridge, where funeral services are to be held at 3:00 p.m., Thursday. Survivors include his wife, Suzanne, of the home; his mother, Mrs. Anna Schowalter of the Bethel Home for Aged, Newton; one son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Duane Schowalter of North Newton.
